Rubber masterbatch ZDTP-80

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also available.

Compared with traditional liquid ZDTP, Actmix® ZDTP-50GE F500 has the following advantages:
Liquid ZDTP has an unpleasant pungent odor
, after being processed into masterbatch, it only has a slight odor, which improves the production environment;
Masterbatch ZDTP-50 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ZDTP;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of ZDTP in the compound;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
it will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reducing scrap rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.
Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N stands for using NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier, A stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as carrier, F500 stands for filtration and the micron number of the filter mesh.
